We are seeking a Corporate Account Executive to join our team in Klamath Falls, Oregon! You will work directly with our design and production teams to solve client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients
  • Manage and maintain a changing/growing client base and act as backup on other projects as-needed
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact all the way through project completion
  • Listen and understand client needs – including budget sensitivities, timelines and expectations
  • Prioritize competing project deadlines
  • Prospect and contact potential clients
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Assist with creating sales and marketing material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to travel to trade shows and to visit clients
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter and highly organized
  • Can work on your own and communicate clearly with all different types of people with different skill sets – on a daily basis, you can expect to be interacting with the manufacturing floor, design team, accounting, other account executives, and marketing
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
  • Familiar with designing and building kiosks is a definite plus
  • Familiar with ACT CRM a plus
