We are seeking a Corporate Account Executive to join our team in Klamath Falls, Oregon! You will work directly with our design and production teams to solve client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients
- Manage and maintain a changing/growing client base and act as backup on other projects as-needed
- Manage the sales process from initial contact all the way through project completion
- Listen and understand client needs – including budget sensitivities, timelines and expectations
- Prioritize competing project deadlines
- Prospect and contact potential clients
- Reach agreed upon sales targets
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Assist with creating sales and marketing material to present to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to travel to trade shows and to visit clients
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Self-starter and highly organized
- Can work on your own and communicate clearly with all different types of people with different skill sets – on a daily basis, you can expect to be interacting with the manufacturing floor, design team, accounting, other account executives, and marketing
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
- Familiar with designing and building kiosks is a definite plus
- Familiar with ACT CRM a plus
