Klamath Falls, OR, April 10, 2015 –– Dunham Strategy Group announced that they have acquired certain assets of The Carriage Works, a Klamath Falls-based manufacturer of carts, kiosks and retail merchandising units. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Carriage Works will continue to operate in Klamath Falls. Brian Dunham will be the new CEO of the Company. The Carriage Works has a long history, starting by fabricating horse-drawn carriages, sleighs and wagons in the 1970’s. This business evolved into custom construction of food carts, kiosks, vending carts, and similar products. The Company has designed and fabricated thousands of these items. Its markets include sports arenas, airports, theme parks, zoos, hotels, casinos, cruise lines, colleges and universities, convention centers and shopping centers. The Carriage Works’ customers include some of the most recognizable names in these industries, including Dunkin’ Brands, Coca-Cola, Sea World, Six Flags, Disney, Ben & Jerry’s, Princess Cruises, MGM Resorts, San Diego Zoo, Hotel del Coronado, Caesar’s Entertainment, Tanger Outlets, Wetzel’s Pretzels, and Aramark.

Dunham Strategy Group is based in central Oregon. It owns and operates companies involved in business consulting and in wastewater pipe inspection and cleaning in addition to The Carriage Works.
